Michael Taylor, founder of the Paupers Press in London has worked with many of the UK’s leading contemporary artists, working in conjunction with other publishers & galleries to produce work as limited edition & unique prints, artists books & portfolio collections. The Paupers Press is a fine art print and publishing studio which has facilities for etching, lithography, silkscreen and relief printing. From single image monoprints through to multiple image editioned prints, artists books and ephemera, the Paupers Press is able to provide expertise in all processes including:
etching, (hard/soft ground, aquatint, sugar lift, photoetching and photogravure etc); lithography, (direct stone/plate and offset photo lithographic); silkscreen (up to 60″ x 40″), and relief printing (wood/linocuts and photo line block engravings).
All of these can be used with hand drawn, photographic or computer generated imagery.
