Presents work from his ’Daylies’ Series which has been ongoing for 12 years documenting his real life activity, as a basis for writing short stories. A play on the word daily, ‘Daylie’ meaning a lie a day = bugie quotidiane! Each individual piece measures 20x16inches….20 pieces representing 30 days.
Daylies whose working title is actually ‘Ad Undas’. Going to hell, though it actually refers more to going ‘to the waves’, is taken from a poem by Peter Dass…. about fishermen buried at sea in Northern Norway. ‘Lofoten’
The exhibition also displays a series of 9 dry points made at the Scuola during his first and second residency.
