“MEMENTO MORI”

SGgallery is pleased to host the eighth edition of the International Triennial of the Artist Book of Vilnius “Memento Mori”.
An international jury has selected the 337 works that will be exhibited in the prestigious traveling exhibition until 2020. The exhibition, which has already touched Leipzig, Urbino, Vilnius and Vercelli, will then arrive in Venice and will continue in the USA at the Reed Library of the State University of New York in Freedonia.
The exhibition will arrive in Venice on March 15, 2019, in our SGgallery at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica, with a selection of works from all over the world: Japan; Denmark; USA; Italy; Germany; Australia; Iceland; Chile; Ireland; Scotland; Holland; Sweden; England; Switzerland; Canada and Lithuania.
This Triennale is a cultural, non-commercial and unique project, organized to promote artists from artists’ books from all over the world and to connect publishers and galleries.
